 Share Certificates
Share Certificates earn competitive rates while requiring low minimum deposits. Certificate terms range from twelve (12) months to three (3) years. Dividends are calculated daily and paid monthly. Dividends can be transferred to another HMFCU account or mailed by check monthly to member. There is a penalty for early withdrawal.
Flex Certificates
Need some more flexibility? Flex certificates have terms from six (6) months to two (2) years. One penalty free withdrawal during the term. One rate change during the term. AND you can make deposits of $100 or more throughout the term.
Bump Up Share Certificates
- Fixed terms of 18 or 36 months.
- One time option to bump up rate anytime during the life of the certificate for 18 month certificate and two times option to bump up rate anytime during the life of the 36 month certificate.
- Bump Up rate will match rate currently in effect at time Bump Up option is exercised for the 18 or 36 month Bump Up Share Certificate.
- New rate will carry forward from the date of increase and will not be retroactive.
- $1,500 minimum to open Bump Up Share Certificate.
- Early withdrawal penalty applies.
Summer Share Certificate
Summer Share Certificates may be opened anytime of the year with as little as $100.00. Funds are automatically transferred to your Regular Shares on June 30th. Automatic Transfer or Payroll Deduction once a month required of a $50.00 minimum. Additional deposits may be made at anytime.
